My Festival Style!

Tuesday, July 19, 2016

With festival season upon us, I decided I would you girls a little festival spo'. I have only ever attended a few festivals but I know us girls love to look on point for them!

I created a go-to festival look that is sure to keep you on-trend without breaking the bank! As you may have noticed from my Snapchat, (laurenellisx) I am absolutely loving Boohoo at the moment! I am constantly browsing the site for inspo or new outfits and so I thought I would check out their Festival Shop. I was not disappointed and the majority of garments created in this look are from Boohoo!

A playsuit is, in my opinion, a festival staple; team it up with some accessories and flats and you're good to go!

Playsuit*: Boohoo
Choker*: Boohoo
Hat: Primark
Sandals*: Boohoo
Sunglasses: Quay

I hope this has given you a little inspiration for the festival season!

Outfit of the Day: Summer Vibes

Tuesday, July 12, 2016

Hello, hello!

I wanted to share with you one of my favourite looks at the minute. I am feeling the whole floral trend (as you know) and it's fast becoming part of my everyday look.

I love these Pretty Little Thing Jeans, I don't think you can go wrong with high-waisted classic denim and the floral detail just makes them that little bit more summery. I also find high-waisted jeans to be more flattering, especially as I am so short and I feel they make me look a little taller and slightly slimmer.

Originally, when I was outfit planning I wasn't sure if the whole look would be a little OTT with floral patterns but I love the way the jeans go with the bodysuit, also by PLT. I paired up the duo with a Zara bomber J to give it a casual feel. Considering the weather is so up and down at the moment this look is perfect for all weather occasions.

The wedges are by Sole Wish and are now in the sale here!
